Event Description
It was reported that during the implant procedure, the catheter "popped out" of the cutter's groove during slitting.The cutter was repositioned so the remainder of the catheter could be slit.During the cutter manipulation, the his lead insulation was damaged.The his lead was explanted and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
