Event Description
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, when aspirating the sheath, micro bubbles were noted and the physician was unable to remove the bubbles.It is unknown if the sheath was replaced.The procedure was switched to and completed with radiofrequency.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
