It was reported that at least one bd connecta¿ multiflo¿ 3-way multiple infusion manifold experienced device damage while still considered operable.The following information was provided by the initial reporter: the three-way valve was attached to the patient.After changing the line on this tap, blood dripped from the three-way tap.The tap will be connected to the cvl.Fortunately it was discovered in time, otherwise the patient could have lost a lot of blood.After removing this tap, it turned out that there was a small crack in the access.
