On an unknown date, a patient in (b)(6) underwent a procedure for the placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (peg) tube with jejunal (peg-j) tube.During a peg tube replacement on (b)(6) 2021, the physician noted that the patient had a mild infection around the stoma and prescribed keflex 500mg 1-tab qid for 14 days.On (b)(6) 2021, the patient had finished antibiotic treatment but still had redness and discharge from the stoma site.
