Event Description
According to the reporter, intra-operatively, the ligasure and generator had a slow activation and sealing was slower than usual.The patient's tissue was calcified.They needed to remove the spleen because of bleeding of the splenic artery.

Event Description
According to the reporter, during left hemi colectomy with adhesiolysis, the ligasure and generator had a slow activation and sealing is slower than usual.The patient tissue was calcified.They need to removed the spleen because of bleeding of the splenic artery with 3-400 ml.They used the ligasure to stop the bleeding.It was noted that there was activation tone and end tone but not re grasp alert.The patient was on ventilator due to complications.
