(b)(6).It was reported that the patient had an ablation procedure on (b)(6) 2022 using an intellanav stablepoint open-irrigated catheter.Following the procedure the patient experienced chest discomfort when taking deep breaths possibly due to pericarditis.The patient was prescribed medrol dose pak oral medication.It was also reported that the patient experienced nausea, vomiting and syncope at home.The suspected cause was due to adverse reaction to anesthesia leading to vomiting and a vasovagal event.It was noted the event was resolved as of (b)(6) 2022.No diagnostic tests were performed.The catheter is not expected to be returned as the complication arose after the procedure had been completed.

It was indicated that the device will not be returned for evaluation.If there is any further relevant information obtained, a supplemental medwatch will be filed.
