Brushheads no longer staying securely attached and keep falling off - oral-b [device breakage].Severe abrasion on the metal pin - oral-b [device physical property issue].Case narrative: female consumer via e-mail stated that their oral-b electric triumph professional care pro 6500 toothbrush had severe abrasion on the metal pin.The original oral-b toothbrush heads no longer stayed securely attached and kept falling off mid-brushing.No injury was reported.

01-sep-2022 product investigation results: product return was received and investigated.Product investigation results showed that the complaint is caused by wear of the driving shaft and plastic parts due to usage of abrasive toothpaste in combination with insufficient cleaning with use over many years.
