Event Description
It was reported that the patient's ins (implantable neurostimulator) was at eos (end of service) and they could tell therapy wasn't working anymore because they were shaking like crazy.The circumstances that led to the reported issue were asked but unknown.The patient made complaint about ins battery not lasting even 2 years.The patient said they had seen hcp 5 months ago and was told battery voltage was 2.7v but wasn't given a time frame of how long the battery was expected to last.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the healthcare professional (hcp) who reported on 1/21 pw100 2.86v, 3/22 pw130 2.74v, and 7/22 2.29v.The biggest change was referred for battery change and that the battery remains in use until replaced and that the issue was resolved.
