Event Description
Device report from depuy synthes reports an event in japan as follows: it was reported that a patient underwent a primary spinal fusion procedure on (b)(6) 2022.Cement was applied for the patient with fragile bone quality.Two weeks after the procedure the patient felt a little pain.It was confirmed that a centrum which the cement was injected had broken.The patient is currently under conservative treatment.No further information is available.This report is for one (1) unk - biomaterial - cement.This is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).This complaint is related to (b)(4) which reports depuy screw.
