Event Description
It was reported that loss of aspiration occurred.The target lesion was located in the superficial femoral artery (sfa).A 2.4mm jetstream xc was selected for use.During advancement to the lesion, the device clogged.The device was flushed and re-primed.The device worked for approximately 10 seconds longer, then stopped aspirating.Another 2.4mm jetstream was used to complete the procedure.There were no patient complications.
