Event Description
It was reported that this patient was evaluated in the clinic and the sales representative suspects that the left ventricular (lv) lead is fractured due to high out-of-range pacing impedances measuring greater than 3,000 ohms.Troubleshooting was performed and there was loss of capture in all vectors.Technical services discussed programming options.At this time, the lead remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
