|
Customer alleges their coaguchek xs meter serial number (b)(4) has a display issue.The customer tested on the meter twice on the day of the event.The result at 1:56 pm was 2.1 inr and the result at 2:04 pm was 1.8 inr.The results were obtained from the meter memory.Customer tested again and the result was 2.1 inr.The result field appeared clear during this test.The customer stated when they tried testing earlier in the day they only saw a 2 in the results field and did not see the decimal point or the second number and then the meter shut off quickly.No misinterpretation of results was reported.
