It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, the patient began to experience dizziness after the transseptal puncture and sheath insertion.After one application of cryo ablation, the patient's symptoms persisted.An angiography was performed and revealed that the patient was experiencing a myocardial infarction.The thrombus in the left circumflex branch was removed by the surgeon which resolved the issue.The case was aborted. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
