Event Description
Brush head coming loose - oral-b [device connection issue].Metal pin on the handle is noticeably thinner than the one on the toothbrushes - oral-b [device physical property issue].Tip has a slight black discoloration - oral-b [device colour issue].Case narrative: male consumer via e-mail stated that the oral-b toothbrush head was coming loose from their oral-b toothbrush (model 3765) at regular intervals, and then several times during a single brushing session.The metal pin on the handle was noticeably thinner than the one on the oral-b toothbrushes belonging to his wife and children.Furthermore, the tip had a slight black discoloration.No injury was reported.

14-dec-2022 product investigation results: product return was received and investigated.Product investigation results showed that the complaint is caused by a breakage of the tip of the driving shaft due to improper consumer handling, storing and cleaning of the product.
