Event Description
It was reported that the bd ultra fine¿ pen needle hub was smaller than normal and difficult to attach to the pen.The following information was provided by the initial reporter: "consumer reported that the needle hub is smaller than usual and she is having difficulty holding it while trying to attach it to the pen.She stated that it falls on the floor before she can attach it.".

H6: investigation summary no samples (including photos) from lot# 1307320 were returned therefore the complaint could not be confirmed and the root cause is undetermined.A lot history review was carried out and no related non conformances were raised in association with this packaged lot concluding all inspections were performed as per the applicable operations and met qc specifications.
