|
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, the mapping catheter signals were lost.The mapping catheter was replaced which resolved the issue.The case was completed with cryo.After removal of the mapping catheter, it was observed that an electrode was broken.It was also reported that the kinks in the mapping catheter were caused by the staff packing the catheter for return.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
