It was reported that on an unknown date, a metal piece of depth gauge was snapped off while trying to measure screw length.There was no surgical delay, and the procedure was completed successfully.No further information is available.This report involves one depth gauge for multiloc humeral nailing system.This is report 1 of 1 for pc-(b)(4).
