Event Description
Two resolute onyx rx coronary drug eluting stent were implanted.The patient reported experiencing discomfort and it was noticed that one of the implanted stents was fractured.The fractured stent was repaired with a non-medtronic stent.It is not known which one of the two resolute onyx stents fractured.No patient injury was reported.
