Event Description
An abre stent was implanted in the left proximal common iliac vein of a patient.No calcification, tortuosity or abnormalities reported in relation to anatomy.No embolic protection used.No damage noted to packaging.No issues noted when removing the device from the hoop/tray.No resistance encountered when advancing the device.No excessive force used.The device was prepped per the ifu.It is reported stent migration into distal ivc was observed one and a half years after the procedure.The patient¿s right common iliac vein was blocked and the physician planned to stent it but the stent migration makes it complicated.A stenting procedure was completed on (b)(6) in response to the migration.
