Event Description
|
It was reported that the gastronomy tube was placed on 02nov2022.Four days after placement, the tube developed a split.Due to the short length of time from initial placement and nonmaturity of the tract, the patient went to the interventional radiology department on 10nov2022 to ensure a safe replacement.No injury reported.
