On (b)(6) 2021, a patient underwent a procedure for the placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (peg) tube with jejunal (peg-j) tube.It was reported that in 2021, on an unknown date the patient experienced stoma site discharge.The patient was treated with unknown oral antibiotics for the stoma site discharge.It was reported that there was no redness, swelling or any signs of infection on the stoma site.
