Event Description
|
Medtronic received information that prior to use of three fusion oxygenators, the customer reported that the temperature probe disconnected from the devices.The devices were replaced.There was no patient involvement so no adverse effect occurred.Medtronic received additional information that the customer stated that the issues with the three oxygenators were noted prior to the same procedure.
