At this time, the customer has not requested getinge to evaluate the iabp.It was reported by a getinge field service engineer (fse) that the customer ordered parts to be replaced as the customer's biomed would be performing repairs.Additional information was requested from the customer with regard to the repair and status of the iabp.However, despite our best efforts, no repair information and no status of the iabp has been received.Therefore, this complaint is being closed.If any pertinent information is received in the future, this record can be reopened and reevaluated.This report is being submitted as the result of a retrospective review conducted in capa (b)(4).
