Event Description
According to the reporter, during a laparoscopic procedure for a malignant tumor of the right lung, when clipping during vessel processing the handle could no longer be squeezed and the jaws could not be closed.A new clip applier was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
