Event Description
It was reported that the stent was deployed 2 cm away from the target lesion due to stent jumping.An innova 6x150x130 was selected for use in the superficial femoral artery (sfa) during the percutaneous angioplasty procedure.During deployment, the stent jumped, and was unintentionally deployed 2 cm away from the target lesion.An additional stent was deployed to fully treat the target lesion.The procedure was completed and there were no reported adverse consequences to the patient.
