Event Description
It was reported that the patient complained of a clicking noise and experienced consistent pain and discomfort.It was noted that there were no device issues and the physician confirmed there was no device migration.The patient underwent a revision procedure to have the indirect decompression (id) spacer explanted and replaced with a competitors device.There were no patient complications.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The returned indirect decompression (id) spacer was subjected to a visual and functional examination.No anomalies or defects could be confirmed as the spacer was completely intact and exhibits normal characteristics.
