Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced inadequate pain relief from their indirect decompression (id) implant.The physician assessed that there were no issues with the id spacer, yet decided to move forward with removal of the id for a laminectomy procedure.The patient underwent a procedure where the id was successfully removed.The device was disposed by the facility and will not return for analysis.
