According to the reporter, during a procedure nearly the end of the surgery, the device¿s jaw was difficult/impossible to open when applied to uterine artery.The jaws were partially open and there was tissue sticking.The blade was extended but did not protrude beyond the edge of the jaw.There was no blood loss and the tissue was not under any tension.There was no patient injury.
