Title: efficacy of laparoscopic cystic duct approach for duodenal papilla dilatation and choledochoscopy for primary suture of thin diameter common bile duct.From june 2014 to january 2018 sixty-seven patients with choledocholithiasis who underwent laparoscopic resection of bile, choledochoscopy via biliary approach, duodenal papilla dilatation with dilated catheter, primary suture of fine-diameter common bile duct during laparoscopic surgery, and primary suture of common bile duct under laparoscope after dilatation were observed.All patients had no residual stones after postoperative reexamination of mrcp.), absorbable suture (johnson & johnson) and silk suture (johnson & johnson) were used.Reported complications included postoperative bile leakage (n=3), bile duct perforation, intestinal perforation, hemobilia, gastrointestinal hemorrhage in conclusion the efficacy of laparoscopic cystic duct approach for duodenal papilla dilatation combined with primary suture of thin diameter common bile duct was satisfactory.
