Event Description
It was reported that a dissection and perforation occurred.The target lesion was located in the left anterior descending artery (lad).A synergy ous mr 3.00 x 48mm was deployed to treat the target lesion.After the synergy stent was deployed, the physician noted a proximal edge dissection and perforation.A non boston scientific covered stent and a synergy stent were deployed overlapping to cover the perforation and dissection and successfully complete the procedure.The patient was stable post procedure and fully recovered.
