Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional via a manufacturer representative regarding a patient who underwent posterior corrective fixation with ais type2 t3-l2 ps for ais type2.It was reported that at the caudal end (l2) of the fixation site, the rod is dislodged from the screw head on the convex side (the set screw is not detached).The implanted device remains in service.There was no patient symptoms or complications associated with this event.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
