It was reported that the low water alarm would not turn off even when full of water.Patient involvement unknown.

Other, other text: h3.Device evaluated by manufacturer and h6.Evaluation codes: updated.One device was received without water tank cover, microswitch bent backwards, front cover cracked on the bottom left, printed circuit board (pcb) has broken light emitting diodes (leds).Functional testing could not duplicate the complaint for low water alarm but found the device failing electrical safety tests and had sustained physical damage from impact to the pcb board, enclosure, and the water tank cover.The product's history records were reviewed and there were no non-conformances nor service-related issues that would have resulted in the reported complaint.No action taken due to the condition of the device.It is deemed beyond economical repair and will be scrapped.
