It was reported to boston scientific corporation that an advantage fit system device was implanted into the patient during a tvt procedure performed on (b)(6)2012.As reported by the patient's attorney, the patient experienced rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, hemorrhoids, low back pain, leg pain, hip pain, constipation, bloating, fibromyalgia, vaginal discharge, thrush, vaginal pain, cystocele, rectocele, menorrhagia, urinary tract infections, urinary frequency and urgency.She had also been affected psychologically.
