It was reported, the patient presented in clinic due to the device being unable to connect via bluetooth (ble) to the transmitter.Technical support was contacted and it was noted the was in ble lockout, the device was interrogated however, interrogation did not resolve the ble lockout.Technical support recommended reloading the software.The software was reloaded to resolve the event and reconnection to the transmitter was successful.The patient was stable.

The reported event of ble unavailable was resolved by interrogating the device using a merlin programmer, this is indicative of a ble lockout which is per device design.No further investigation is required at this time.If the issue persists, the investigation will be re-opened.
