|
Medtronic received information that during use of a dlp aortic root cannula with vent line, it was reported that the bond between the main unit and the pressure monitor line was torn.There was blood adhesion.The device was replaced to complete the procedure.There was no adverse patient effect associated with this event.Medtronic received additional information that there was no patient blood loss as a result.There was no transfusion required.
