The customer, a syncardia certified hospital, reported the companion 2 driver is not recognizing batteries when in the device.Different batteries were substituted but the problem persisted.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The driver will be returned to syncardia for evaluation.The results will be provided in a follow-up mdr.
