Event Description
According to the reporter, during a procedure, the clips, both small and medium, kept slipping once attached to a vessel or tissue.The clips were easily removed with forceps when they were not intended to be easily removed.It was noted that the clip appliers were not used on a patient, but rather in a laboratory setting with surgeons and medtronic personnel.
