Event Description

According to the reporter, during the procedure, when the physician was starting the case, the system generated an error code that indicated that the sensor was out of sensing volume. one of the sensors on the sensor triplet cable appeared to be blink in and out intermittently.The account had a second sensor triplet cable.The second cable worked and the physician was able to complete the case.There was no patient injury.
