Event Description

It was reported that the family member said that the patient's skin was uncomfortable at the location of the battery on the chest.(the family member did not inform the specific situation.The gray white line of the recharger was also cracked. the family member said that the patient had recently changed the location of battery to the other side of the body in the hospital.Additional information was received from the manufacturer representative (rep) that the patient's family said that the skin was uncomfortable due to the location of the implanted battery after surgery, and the specific situation was not informed by the family.There was no surgical revision of the current ins.The ins was not replaced due to the issue.The battery was replaced on the other side of the body because it was implanted in an inappropriate place.
