It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) recorded out of range left ventricular (lv) intrinsic amplitude measurements.Review of the presenting electrogram (egm) showed frequent premature ventricular contractions (pvcs) where several of the pvcs were labeled rvs/pvc with on lv sense marker observed.Additionally, an alert was received in the remote home monitoring system for cardiac resynchronization therapy pacing less than 80 percent.Technical services (ts) recommended further review.No further assistance was requested.No adverse patient effects were reported.This device remains in service.If pertinent information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be submitted.
