Event Description
It was reported that that during use of the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) the patient complained of external stimulation, the patient stated ¿what first happened was that i could feel it buzz when i was sleeping.The buzzing sensations are happening more often, and they are happening at a 4 second intervals.I get really dizzy."  a review of device data revealed three test magnet tones and an ¿other¿ magnet tone.  the crt-d remains in use.  no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
Additionally, it was reported that in-office testing could not recreate any sensation for the patient.Left ventricular (lv) lead diaphragmatic stimulation was suspected, but it could not be replicated.Reprogramming was performed.The lead is still in use.
