It was reported that during a recanalization procedure in the superficial femoral artery, the catheter allegedly got hot when continuing aspiration downwards and the blood flow became smaller obviously in the waste liquid bag.It was further reported that the catheter was removed for flushing and no liquids flowed despite multiple flushing.Furthermore, the tip of the catheter was examined and no foreign matter was found.Reportedly, the catheter was replaced for continuous aspiration and desirable results were achieved.There was no reported patient injury.
