Event Description

According to the reporter, during a respiratory surgery vats (video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery) case, a generator and ligasure de vice was used, it seemed that the dirt on the jaw have been cleaned frequently, but the knife stopped halfway and there was an investigation request regarding the mechanism that the knife stops halfway. it returned to the original position by the vibration of push ing the knife trigger several times.There was no patient injury.
