Event Description
It was reported that a superion indirect decompression (id) spacer implant patient experienced the return of their leg pain.A fluoroscopy imaging was performed and confirmed the id spacer had dislodged at the caudal portion and ended up dislodged at the superior spinous process per the physicians assessment.The patient underwent a procedure where the id spacer was removed for a laminectomy.Physical analysis of the spacer was not performed as it was retained by the facility and the patient did well post-operatively.
