Event Description
It was reported that intermittent left ventricular (lv) loss of capture was observed on the presenting electrogram.Lead trends showed the lv threshold to be between 4 v and 5 v.The lv output was currently programmed to auto 5v @ 1ms.Technical services recommended further lead assessment with a programmer.The lv lead remains in service and no adverse patient effects were reported.
