Event Description
It was reported by the patient's spouse that the patient passed away due to a heart attack. the spouse noted that the day after the patient passed, they were called by the company monitors the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d)and were told that the device readings showed irregular beats. the spouse further reported that the crt-d did not shock the patient so they believe there was an irregularity with the crt-d.
