|
According to the reporter, during microwave ablation procedure, the ablation needle was damaged.The injury caused by percutaneous puncture from the skin to the liver led to the temporary change and interruption of surgical plan, and finally the focus was removed by surgery. the microwave ablation was changed to surgical resection.The dropped ablation needle tip was not found, and it was uncertain whether it was left in the abdominal cavity or had been sucked away by the suction device.X-ray was not performed to locate the broken piece.

According to the reporter, during microwave ablation procedure, the ablation needle was damaged.The injury caused by percutaneous p uncture from the skin to the liver led to the temporary change and interruption of surgical plan, and finally the focus was removed by surgery. the microwave ablation was changed to surgical resection.The dropped ablation needle tip was not found, and it was uncertain whether it was left in the abdominal cavity or had been sucked away by the suction device.X-ray was not performed to locate the broken piece.The surgical protocol was changed urgently and the lesion was surgically removed and the patient was under anesthesia.
