Event Description
|
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, the patient experienced a sudden and unexplained drop in blood pressure.It was observed that the cardiac shadow pulse had disappeared.Ultrasound examination later confirmed the occurrence of cardiac tamponade and pericardial effusion and drainage was subsequently performed.The case was aborted. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

(b)(6) 2023: its was later reported that the cardiac shadow pulse meant that the heart beat was obscured by the fluid under imaging observation and no obvious beat could be observed.Additionally, the patient's hospitalization was extended and the patient was discharged after seven days.
