According to the reporter, during a procedure, the jaws were difficult to open and locked on tissue. there was no patient injury.

According to the reporter, during a laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (lavh) procedure, the jaws were difficult to open and locked on tissue. it was removed on tissue just by sealing several times.There was no patient injury.

According to the reporter, during a laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (lavh) procedure, the jaws were difficult to open and locked on tissue. it was removed on tissue just by sealing several times.Until the blade got stuck and knife blade would not return to original position that they replaced the handpiece with a new one.There was no patient injury.
