|
According to the reporter, during servicing, unit alarm did not occur even when the upper limit of the rem checker was lowered to 0.Both the upper and lower limits of the rem alarm were confirmed to be within the permissible range, however, unit were disassembled, assembled, and calibrated as a counter measure.Furthermore, the top cover was confirmed broken and replaced.Appearance and function inspection, leakage current test, output test, rem test, running test, internal inspection.There was no patient involvement.
